What is TDT?

The Stratagem TDT is a compelling and unique approach to bring together a new or reinvigorate an established team to deliver exceptional performance. It enables new and existing to get to the heart of the issues and identify their collective development needs quickly while supporting the creation of an ongoing plan to turn the team into a high performing unit.

What’s involved?

Team Health Check

Stratagem will send each team member an online questionnaire asking them how they think the team is performing against each of the aspects. The questionnaire takes 10-20 minutes to complete

Analyse

Stratagem will then analyse and collate the data to give a deeper insight into the collective perception of the team’s strengths and areas for development

Facilitate

Stratagem will design a workshop in partnership with the sponsor to engage all by presenting the data and getting the team to consider implications for productivity

Prioritise

At the workshop the team will engage in facilitated dialogues and activities, leverage strengths and plug developmental gaps and achieve greater results

Design

Create a development plan for the team including further workshops covering specific areas of agreed development

Review

Stratagem will take the outputs away, produce a bespoke team development plan and organise a series of review sessions to maintain momentum and make the change stick
